Jay C. Bianco has experience practicing law since 1997 in the State of Rhode Island and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Jay’s main practice areas are Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Special Needs.
Jay graduated from Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and received his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law.
Jay is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts State Courts and Rhode Island Federal Court. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel. He serves on the Probate and Trust Bar Committee and Elder Law Sub-Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association. He is also a member of the Rhode Island Association of Justice.
